Urban Breakthrough Enterprises, Inc. offers college and financial aid workshops and mentors. UBE, Inc. seeks to inspire and enable all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. It is our belief that youth who develop a positive self-identity, educational, employment, social, emotional and cultural competencies, a commitment to community and civic involvement, health and well being, and a strong moral compass will be more apt to become successful adults.
