Urban Breakthrough Enterprises, Inc. (UBE, Inc.) is a 501 © 3 non-profit organization designed to build opportunities for low-income minority communities. UBE, Inc. exists under the premise that all people have the ability to succeed, by providing services, access to services, and resources to expose, sharpen, nurture, and channel their potential, thereby raising self-esteem, promoting self-confidence, and fostering productive citizenship. The overall goal of UBE, Inc. is to foster the potential and personal development of minority youth and adults at risk and underrepresented in Austin and Texas statewide.

The B-R-E-A-K Down:

B – Break – UBE, Inc. seeks to ensure that students and their families breakthrough the barriers that are and could potentially prevent them from fulfilling their fullest potential.

R – Readiness -   UBE, Inc. seeks to ensure that students are ready for post-secondary education and productive citizenship.

E - Partnerships – UBE, Inc. seeks to ensure that we partner with individuals and organizations that are committed and believe that ALL children deserve to fulfill their dreams and that our organization is comprised of partnerships that will ensure our longevity and the involvement of all stakeholders.

A - Awareness – UBE, Inc. seeks to ensure that students and their families are aware of resources and opportunities available to them by the organization and community as a whole.

K - Knowledge – UBE, Inc. seeks to ensure that students and their families have the knowledge that they need to pursue and succeed in post-secondary education.
